the absurd rule that means if someone dies a year and a day after an event, nobody can be charged? It's rather like a current battle I'm having - that my evidence regarding three Deaths In Custody cannot be heard because I'm not related to the victims.

As you read this please remember my own wrongful conviction is coming up for 20 years ago; unless the Legal System works fast, the perpetrators will escape justice by dying of old age. And one of them ought also be tried for the killings of Amelie Delagrange and Marsha McDonnell.
