says everyone even raving Brexiteers. "Online is fine". So basically white vans carrying dozens of Somalis into Belfast and, from there, London is now accepted by all, I presume? Freedom of Movement stays with no Hard Border. (Brexiteers say No Problem; all those Somalis will be listed online; pull the other one Rees-Mogg and Boris the Spider). It becomes clear - Brexit is even MORE bonkers than Jonathan Swift's BigEndians and LittleEndians.

'Irish prime minister suggests Dublin will keep border with UK open even in event of no-deal'

Do keep up gentleman....

Of course illegal goods can get through an open border.....the EU is riddled with smuggling of various goods illegal or taxed differently in the various countries....and the biggest problem is idiots like Merkel encouraging the Somalis et al to come to the EU in the first place....my view is Eire will be leaving the EU itself at some point in the future...they do very well from EU subsidies....these could easily stop in the event of the £39bn not being paid....in fact Leo Varadkar will not exactly be a popular man in Europe if his backstop plan forces them to loose all our lovely money and puts EU exports at risk...

To think that the Republic of Ireland would leave the EU is preposterous - not least because a recent national poll had a 92% majority wishing to remain.

A large majority of its trade is with EU countries and the €200 billion National Debt - following the country's virtual bankruptcy and bailout - need attention first.

Equally preposterous is the idea of a United Ireland, bearing in mind that Northern Ireland costs the UK Exchequer about £1 billion every MONTH!

Dublin couldn't countenance taking on such a financial burden - as it simply wouldn't be able to afford it, whilst attempting to reduce its Debt.
