Ok we know he downloaded the images to which he pleaded guilty to but I do wonder if the other stuff on him that got him locked up a couple of times was the work of the false allegations industry?
I think his big bad move was heading to Cambodia may of been better to of chosen another part of the world.
Any thoughts ?

a huge mistake..Cambodia & Vietnam are completely corrupt and as mentioned preciously there are some creepy foreign "vigilantes" whose set people up. One bunch are a some ex-Aust/Brit police who have re-formed and the largest is run by a real weirdo Indian who has been accused of gay rape & pedophilia in India but operates freely.

Glitter was doing fine in Cuba before a Sunday newspaper decided to crucify him courtesy of M.Clifford. There is no greater example of KARMAstriking than Clifford whatever the truth off accusations against him.

Off course they are now after Michael Jackson with his accusers who gave evidence for Jackson in court and repeatedly claimed he did not abuse them, having failed to sue his estate have now realised there is a new living to be made via book deals. a Ch 4 documentary etc.

I repeat..those who have promoted these sensations and who have been loose with the truth..the media + police seem ignorant to the fact a wave of accusations which will sweep many of them away.

In early 2012, coincidentally just as the BBC Four repeats of Top Of The Pops reached January 1977, and 2 uncensored performances by Gary Glitter, a fake 'Gary Glitter' Twitter account appeared making announcements of a comeback and forthcoming new album.... a certain ex-police defective & 'child protection expert' was appearing on 5live (and other rolling news outlets beloved of the misguided) giving his 'professional opinion' on this account and what should be done about this Gary Glitter. Now in January 2012, not many people knew what was being brewed by bitter middle-class journalists and aforementioned former police defective - but given what we know now I don't think it's unlikely that these people had already earmarked (guest on one of the few remaining editions of Clunk Click in the BBC archive) Gary Glitter as an easy fall guy for what they were cooking up, and had created this mischievous Twitter account as a 'dry run' for the insanity that would bedevil the world that autumn and whetting the appetites of the online lynch mobs.
