'The warrant alleges that he committed several indecent assaults against a girl then in her late teens in the mid-1970s, and several indecent assaults against a woman then in her mid-twenties in 1982.'

Quite minor charges by the standards of the historic abuse/False allegation industry.

It goes on....

'He arrived at Heathrow in the early hours of Thursday last week and appeared at Crawley Magistrates Court, where he entered a plea of not guilty. There was no application for bail, and he has been remanded in custody.'

Under 'normal' circumstances he would have been bailed, virtually the norm in most historic cases....there we have an interesting item of interest.

Oh yes; clap a frail 80 year old in prison so an innocent man cannot find proof of his innocence. British Justice is a wonderful thing (not).

Agree totally of course....but why no application for bail?

There is more here than we are being told....either from the police,him...or both....

I suspect - without anywhere to live in the UK and the possibility of him "doing a runner" being pushed by the cops - he simply decided a bail application would never get through. I can vouch that under these pressures innocent people tend to give up - the words "why bother?" spring to mind. Many kill themselves. A major reason for my victory over Surrey Police and the CPS in the summer of 2018 was because I'd been through it before, knew how bent the cops can be, knew how to investigate bent false accusers and discover evidence of their behaviour (raping their ten year old sister; lying about when they lost their virginity; boasting about being in my non existent bands etc). Without the previous experience from 2000-2001 I'd never have fought as I did. An 80 year old priest has not gained the knowledge needed to defeat the combined forces of liars, bent cops, corrupt lawyers and lazy judges - plus a media throbbing with desire for salacious stories and, not least, Satan himself.

Well put Doctor King...this kind of analytical insight into such matters is what makes this site a must read for people interested in the truth.
