I cannot stress how important this intelligent woman's comment is (I wish she was our PM) - total silence about the names of the loonies who kill wanting notoriety. Remove the oxygen of publicity. Terrorist incidents will drop.

This lady seems a class act, and formerly worked for Tony Blair - before becoming the world's youngest female head of government.

However, her decision to never mention the killer's name is not new. I first came across the practice in NYC; the open topped tourist bus commentators do something similar.

John Lennon's killer is never mentioned on any bus - travelling, as they do, around Central Park. On which JL lived, in the Idaho Building.
