Exactly; much though Trump stands for many things I hate and his attitude is terribly annoying, I'm starting to feel sympathy for him because some of his points (like Fake News) are spot on.

he is certainly innocent as he's not being tried for any crime and will not be.

But of course in this say and age innocence & guilt are what anyone thinks it is.

Thus Michael Jackson is found Not guilty of abuse but a cobbled together documentary declares him guilty (on the evidence of proven liars) and it is commanded that we all agree less you end up being bullied as 2 senior citizens were recently ( Streisand..Ross..elder abuse? )

And as we keep discovering, many people in jail are innocent.
