TOPIC: Again; only the Mail

Again; only the Mail 4 Years, 9 Months ago
The Mail is the nastiest but also the best paper in the UK - it can spot a great story and is brave enough to print it!

I shall be posting answers to the many who have contacted me regarding the numerous similarities between police behaviour in my cases and the assisting and encouraging of Carl Beech ("credible and true"). Watch this space.

I don't agree. I think the paper has missed the real issue, which is staring it in the face.

Buried about halfway through the article is this

Surely, though, detectives should not have accepted at face value Beech’s fantastical account without evidence to corroborate it.

This is the story.

There is widespread ignorance - or disbelief - that men can be sent to prison based solely on an accusation without any evidence to back it up. The great majority of the public believes that when allegations are published in the media, they are supported by evidence establishing the claims as *ahem* credible and true.

Of course, Randall; we wish the Mail will go further and that may indeed happen in the future. But the fact they have spotted these details, albeit "buried" in the article, is a giant leap in the right direction.

Perhaps someone should create some amusing memes to get the message across and put them on a website, Facebook page and Instagram account.

If I hear of any, I'll post a link.

Fairly soon.
