I do feel sorry for the women in these cases. But what can I say!!! That is avoid the "elite sports guy parties" or hormonal, desperate for sex, holiday, hard drinking crowd. The lesson is not go to the police but do not jump into the pit in the first place. Your choice! I respect the non complainer choice. That is the good thing about democracy the choice to be stupid as long as others are not affected.
But isn't the point that the men were not dangerous snakes and that she didn't get more than she had bargained for? 
From the dailymail report and the other similar cases of men sharing an encounter etc "I call men dangerous snakes" yes I do. Also to be noted women do seduce etc (overlooked by the various movements like #metoo) so not men only at all. This is my perspective only and as I said I do respect people's choices but those who then complain, as in this case, I sense they got more they bargain for thus a reasonable person although may suddenly on re assessing his/her experience may become distraught needs to withdraw and avoid the snake pits if they do not want a repeat.
I conclude from the report the results and the noted scratches and bruising reported concern was noted but the circumstances of the encounter and exaggerated story does not show any of the participants in a good light but unlike the UK both a thorough examination and investigation took place overall circumstances and action of the parties taken into account so no further action was required. As with all similar situations it really becomes murky.
I do think people take unreasonable advantage thus the idea that at least most people by 16 are considered informed enough to choice how they want their sexual encounters. The UK seems to forget some choose to go to loose value events knowingly.
Yes, I do think there is a strong possibility in the cases I have read the women (as men will be too embarrassed or whatever unless a possibility of money to say much or anything)..the women may of got much more than they bargained for and some of the others involved did take advantage, but as to "a case beyond reasonable doubt" maybe the one thing that should be rare simply as the woman may well in fact be keen on all available encounters at the time and gave consent as opposed to any indication of refusal. I think they are all crazy but their choice.
