Oh dear it's all getting over excited. Where is the proof sex offenders changed their names to be able to work with children rather than change their names to be able to get on with their lives without the hassle of explaining. Well it goes to show how pointless all the checks are.
If they are still dangerous, lock them up for ever, otherwise, leave them in peace and give them support, not bullying.
