UK police are now a broken entity. The maliciousness and mendacity in that statement is beneath contempt. probably libelous but doubtful JK could sue.

Also an attack upon the judge.

I've had so much to do with coppers where I now live. NSW Police were legendary for their corruption..now the "black hats" as they called them have been driven out. I recall going to a book launch by a quite famous former corrupt cop Roger Rogerson and chatting to him in a pub and thinking how small he actually was. Now doing life for murdering a drug associate.

But even while they were corrupt they were never as malicious as British cops.

VicPol..Victorian Police have also been riddled with murderous corruption. All those Underbelly films with dozens of drug murders. very difficult to work out where the Mafia and Police ended and started.
Still, not as bad as UK cops who simply just carry on corrupting no matter what.

true but you know what they say..fish rots from the head etc, Everyone get infected by the virus.

The fact they can boldly say this while knowing it to be untrue but knowing they can get away wit it..that's a culture. A rotten one.

Think of all the cops in the past who have gotten away with terrible things. Fitting up innocent "IRA bombers"..not only jailing innocents but letting mass murderers go free in the process.

Never admonished in any way except a rap from a judge. They thumb their noses at the courts.

And it still happens. I have no idea of the truth of the Rolf Harris claims but their knowingly false claims of porn on his computer. That was small fry of course.

If they could have banged up Lord Brammal, Harvey Proctor or Cliff Richard they would have..innocent or guilty and they would have taken delight in it

But it's not just me. I've never seen Brits talk so openly about how they dislike the police. And they have themselves to blame.

## Of course young idealistic cops join the force but...BUT..surely they now see it as a broken corrupted entity that fights tooth and nail against reform.

Is it not a fact that the surviving choir boy first made an allegation - to Task Force Sano - on 18th June 2015?

And that this allegation started the investigation into Pell's activities. This was was a published timeline.
