Why are Sexual Offences considered as bad as murder? Why should someone who thought their girlfriend was 17 when she was in fact 15 be treated like a killer? Why should someone who thought their drunk or drugged partner consented when he or she later decides they didn't be legally considered as bad as a terrorist?

The Tories always revert to criminal justice when they are fucking up everywhere else; low hanging fruit.

If they were really interested in criminal justice and public protection they would fund and address the 2 year plus waits for trials we now have.

The system is literally broken at the moment.
