When is common sense prejudice? 3 Years, 5 Months ago
Is it ever okay to think or act in a way that shows you think that someone of Asian appearance and a certain age, sweating with a backpack, may on balance be more likely to be an Islamic terrorist than an elderly white woman in tweed doing a crossword?

Will this enquiry help society recover from its shallow wars against common sense, or just fuel the genuine racists?

How are we supposed to trust our own judgement when we are told our bias is unconscious?

I am due to go on unconscious bias training with work so will let you know...I will try and keep an open mind!

I hate the whole revision of history and repression of free speech and thought as much as I hate racism. People should be allowed to express opinions. I feel for the security guard in the video; 4 quid an hour and trying to make decisions like that....
