TOPIC: Rishi Sunak - next PM

Rishi Sunak - next PM 3 Years, 4 Months ago
Although RS has less autonomy than most of his predecessors as Chancellor, this Hindu forty year old is doing well - in the gloomiest economic period for centuries.

Extremely bright with a first from Oxford (at 21), followed by another degree from Stanford University - where he met his wife, the daughter of an Indian billionaire.

With an ability to deliver very bad news well - it's also extremely difficult to trip him up on detail or facts. In addition, he's an excellent constituency MP; he replaced William Hague in Yorkshire.

Being of Indian origin, RS has less baggage than many peers. And, in a Mori poll, has been voted the most popular chancellor since Denis Healy, over 40 years ago.

Not bad for someone who presided over £400 billion in borrowing for the current financial year - although the prospect of 4 million unemployed soon may temper his popularity.

He might be a nice guy however I don't trust politicians and those who want to 'help' the public.

It's a shame Ireland or England can't have a person like Mike Pence. Ireland is ran like the mafia and England get people with crap hair or demonic eyes.
