TOPIC: Our Magna Carta - and Trump

Our Magna Carta - and Trump 3 Years, 3 Months ago
The US Constitution and Magna Carta have many similarities - and the latter gave guidance for many of the world's legal systems.

Still - although Magna Carta has been superceded many times - the US Constitution forms the basis for its federal and legal systems.

An archaic wording often requires legal interpretation. For example; it seems that a President doesn't have the right to pardon - but can grant the right to pardon.

Different views will be discussed soon and determine Trump's fate. But the Supreme Court judges will ultimately have the final say.

It's noteworthy that Trump had a direct influence in some appointments - who may well lean in his favour - and give him the right to seek office again.

I've wavered whether Trump would ever face a court but I'm not so sure now.

I believe the Republicans will want to expel him forever from their presence seeing in 2 years he has cost them all 3 levels of government.

He has shown himself for all his talk to be a Top Loser. Bizarre because he could have handled this all so differently.
# One jarring thing I noted was when Trump Jnr, an odd sort of fanatic, screeched to the world that the party is now "Donald Trump's Republicans".

Baring in mind he just cost the Republicans all levels of government I could really picture the Secret Billionaire's Club meeting and thinking "time to dump this deluded family who think for some bizarre reason they ran America"

I still think the Deplorables as exampled by the Capitol Mob number in the low 100,000s and the vast majority who voted Trump are rusted on loyal Republicans who vote for their party

If Biden does well..and he's certainly a lot cannier than Trump and has had decades as a politician and 8 years as VP, he could be there for 8 years (if he lives) and Kamala Harris could easily be the first female Black president seeing Hilary Clinton's vote was larger than Trumps & Barack Obama got the last Biggest ever Vote as the first Black president.(and I keep seeing so many simply accepting Trump's claim that he got a ginormous vote which he did, and ignoring that Biden got an even more ginormous vote and the biggest ever.

They could be out of power for 16 years. Why would they take another chance on a proven chaotic character who cannot be controlled?
