If any of you are interested in crime/death penalty documentaries you might like this film by the German director Werner Herzog. It's about two young men in Texas convicted of the cold-blooded murder of three people. One of the murderers was on death row, executed just eight days after filming, the other serving life imprisonment. Various people affected by the murders and by the death penalty issue were interviewed. I saw the film recently and thought it was very good, thought-provoking and disturbing. The whole thing is on YouTube.

Ron White, did a cracking joke about death penalty.

Ron: In Texas we have the death penalty, and WE USE IT!
That's right! If you come to Texas and kill somebody, we will kill you back! That's our policy!

Personally I’m all for it, I wish the burglars who robbed my generators and tools got hanged. The police did nothing to help me instead call my insurance company and look on eBay and gumtree basically buy back my property.
