As Philip's classy funeral takes place I celebrate his life with a fabulous meal of two fresh lobsters in butter and lemon with an avocado, chicory and celery salad.

I hope you went out on a boat to get those lobsters.

Someone did! Lockdown Lobsters started due to the problems of Covid; very efficient, tiny, positive and they hand deliver fantastic fresh live lobsters.

Looks abdolutely delicious; I love all seafood. A friend of mine is in a diving club (they dive to wrecks) & they will pick crabs/lobsters/crayfish off the bottom and we stick them on the BBQ...

I thought the funeral was dignified & classy. I spent the morning in the sunshine walking Crown lands - Virginia Water Lake & down through Windsor Great park towards the Castle. I couldn't help wondering how these glorious parks, lakes & breathtaking flora would be if owned by a republican state? Probably painted on footprints everywhere to make us social distance and signs hacked into trees warning us to watch out for falling branches; or sold off to set up more affordable housing projects; or maybe turned into a giant wind farm...
