Barking Mad?
Well I'm all for a close relationship, makes sense. However you sometimes have to be strict, and be prepared to stick to it.We're not a Doormat, and our principles should mean something.Wrongful convictions are bad enough, but putting people under torture, and imprisonment without trial doesn't exactly echo my perceived ideas of Western Liberty we claim puts us above some other cultures.
Blair, well Bush ruined his legacy, let's hope Brown can balance this a little better.
We all need principles, and travelling around Eastern Europe, and the middle East you can see how towing the American line is affecting how people view us.That affects business, and how much benefit we as a country can gain from these regions.
