Tomorrow grouse shooting starts. I hate to admit it but I adore grouse. Every year I await (usually a few weeks later - they need to be well hung). I make a fabulous bread sauce - some have said the best in the world. I like them with roast potatoes and sprouts and gravy. Very pink; almost rare. Fantastic.
