TOPIC: Breakfast

Breakfast 1 Year, 10 Months ago
I very rarely have breakfast and tend to have one meal a day - lunch or dinner. I make my own coffee in the morning, even in hotels. But today I woke very early (4.00) so decide to sample the hotel breakfast - actually very good; huge variety; free (included in room prices) and the only hotel or restaurant I've ever known where the scrambled eggs were not just edible but delicious (normally over cooked and dry).

I have discovered that a blob of quark in the scrambled egg mix prevents the yuckiness you get if you have to wait more than ten seconds to eat them.

My partner hit a deer last night, she was distraught. I said 'the the dent is small but we don't have to do shopping for a week'. Deer sausage is perfect for breakfast.

It is, yes. You know you have to report it and you cant keep the deer?

Under UK law, the driver of a vehicle isn't obliged to report a collision with a deer.

Barney, whatever the law says, the deer wardens need to know what has happened.

Makes you proud to be British.

The dogs were thrilled with the leg bones and antlers.

I love the fact that you dine on roadkill GM...

I love Masterchef too but it could do with refreshing it's format; perhaps contestants could be presented with a choice of roadside carcases and challenged to cook in the middle of a forest?

Deer wardens don't monitor our 2+ million deer. The population of which grows at over 30% a year.

Reassuring to know that GM's dining habits are, then, unlikely to seriously dent the deer population...

If you want advice on deer meat, I am more than happy to help you out.

Knowing basic survival skills will come in handy when the NWO is here, we are becoming nearer by the day. UBI is up for debate soon.

I don't eat anything but squirrel, crows, deer and of course Brunswick stew is a nice meal in Winter with homemade bread.

I want to know why you don't it Wyot. Your ancestors were good foragers otherwise you wouldn't be here.

Hedgehog pizza.

I am sure I could do well in the black market when the Great Reset arrives.

I hate garlic, sauces and spices on meat.

However the method is correct.

Magpie is an interesting taste also.

Do you make any concessions to a more traditional modern dining experience GM? Such as, say, 🔥 or a knife and fork!?

I got those and some times I do cook on an open fire in the garden.
