Jonathan..Thanks so much for this. I would love to relive some of your your New York reports. They were quite wonderful. Did you know that without you none of us would have a clue what was going on across the pond? Long before the internet. Your shows and your unpatronising televisual style has never been repeated.

Wonderful stuff, JK. Made me feel young again for a moment watching that. There was something magical about the 80's and Entertainment USA encapsulated that brilliantly.

Getting us to decide who was the most outrageous old queen between you and Elton is a bit of a non-starter though! That's one contest you're never going to win!

LOL Anthony. I'd have loved to have seen a show fronted by the magnificent three...JK, Elton and Biggins. Now what a show that would have been. You see? I could work in television!!!
