Wonder who's responsible. Islamic extremists (but maybe they'd be more inclined to kill people)? Climate protestors (but maybe not organised enough)? A hostile foreign power?

There are too many people who seem to be hell-bent on causing trouble these days, from hackers to warmongers. Maybe whoever it is just can't stand that the Olympics are such a positive thing, politics-free (usually) and bringing people of different nations together.
