TOPIC: Election petition

Election petition 2 Weeks, 6 Days ago
Of course, petitions very rarely work but they can sometimes send a strong message. There have been numerous petitions to end the sale of fireworks for the public and scrapping the TV licence for decades.

I like this one about the Labour government. It seems to go up and up every minute.

Such a complete waste of time. We - the electorate - made the democratic decision to choose Labour.

I don't understand the terms of the petition being that Labour has not implemented pre election policy? I don't recall there being any; just a few anodyne bullet points.

Their policy is to kill the old so there is more housing stock for the illegals. 15-minute cities which so many people are in denial over, CBCD, Digital ID, kill the farms so they can control our food and cause famine, bankrupt the country so they can control us more, there won't be an NHS we would need to take out insurance like the America and South Africa.

You're welcome Wyot.

Let's just play fantasy politics for a split second then.

With a 170 majority from just four and a half months ago Starmer calls a new year election for 23rd January 2025 - the final date the last Conservative goverment could have had the election for themselves and the week that Trump returns to power.

Are we seriously expected to believe he loses just six months later to THE TORIES and Mrs Badenoch becomes the 4th Tory PM?

The only thing I could see happening is a lot more Reform UK seats, but not enough to form a Government, or even the official opposition...yet.

But there is one way to ferment a "Peoples General Election" I think. The nation rises up in all Labour constituencies and forces recall petitions against all their sitting MP's, meaning by-elections en masse across more than 400 seats in an effort to turf as many out as possible and remove the Labour mis-Government and dangerous Starmer.

The Brits got their Brexit for one example.

Boris did build dozens of Nightingale hospitals for a cold, does that count?
