You do know that many people in the American media who are saying he did the Heil Hitler Salute, some call it a "Roman Salute" don't actually believe what they are really saying, although I did see Musk do this live and when he did it I instantly thought he was going to bring on trouble with people who would jump all over it in predictable opportunistic hysterics.

But ask yourself this question - why would ELon Musk deliberately decide to do a Nazi Hitler style salute, not once but twice on purpose? What possible purpose would that serve? Many Presidents of the United States have stood on the steps of Marine One before entering it and done something remarkably similar to that "wave/salute" outstretched arm.

After the big defeat they have suffered, having tried to taint Trump as a Hitler wannabe, I find it sad and depressing that opponents, mainly of the left, cannot stop themselves using this preposterous Hitler/Nazi/Fascist line even now, when they know that few really bought into it and all it now does is harm their own arguments against him. When I saw Obama two weeks ago at Carter's funeral happily chatting, smiling and laughing next to Trump I realised that he probably didn't believe half the nonsense that was being said along these lines by the Harris campaign because he wouldn't wish to be seen in such a way next to someone he genuinely thought was an incoming fascist and nazi sympathising leader, would he.
