I like him. Like the cut of his jib. Wanting to make him an enemy is pure madness. Not sure why Trump dislikes him so.Maybe doesn't grovel enough.

Wonder if it's anything to do with Melania's warm kiss on Trudeau's cheek?

What world leader does Trump admire apart from the murderous Putin (current love)?

Trudeau is another globalist who hates the voter's. He debanked the truckers, farmer's and those were anti lockdown.

I still think the Trumps are swinger's.

Trump expands exemptions from Canada and Mexico tariffs

...Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said on Thursday morning he had had a "colourful" conversation about tariffs in a phone call with Trump.

The US president used profane language more than once during Wednesday's heated exchange, according to US and Canadian media reports.

Trudeau told reporters that a trade war between the two allies was likely for the foreseeable future, despite some targeted relief.

"Our goal remains to get these tariffs, all tariffs removed," he said....

Same here. Maybe it's someone who advocates this?

the idea that countries should consider the whole world when taking action, or the fact that events in one part of the world affect other parts of the world

Or is it this?

In the 21st century, the term "the globalists" was popularized by the US far-right conspiracy theorist Alex Jones, and used interchangeably with the concepts of a New World Order and the deep state. The term is now frequently used as a pejorative by far-right movements and conspiracy theorists. It is sometimes associated with antisemitism, as antisemites frequently appropriate the term "Globalist" to refer to Jews.[3][4][5]

Bannon's revenge: How globalism became the far-right's favourite smear | View

...As author David Neiwert writes in "Alt America: The Rise of the Radical Right in the Age of Trump," today's anti-globalists are defined by their fear of a newly resurgent — albeit familiar - foreign tinged threat: "[T]he Enemy is always the same: namely, some variation on the New World Order, or 'globalists,' or any other term used to name the secretive cabal they believe is conspiring to rule mankind." According to Anti-Defamation League Senior research fellow Dr. Mark Pitcavage, fear of this enemy is fueled by conspiracy theories about a tyrannical transnational socialist government intended to trample over the rights of Americans.

While members in the purported cabal rotate somewhat, a key target for particularly bigoted anti-globalists is Jews. The term globalist is also "commonly used by white supremacists as one of many euphemisms for Jews, typically employed in an anti-Semitic conspiratorial context along with similar terms such as 'international banker' and 'cosmopolitans,'" Pitcavage observes....

The feeling is mutual, I can assure you. So if academics and a well-referenced Wikipedia article are wrong, what do you mean by "globalist", then? In your own words, please, rather than some YouTube video.

Sorry GM I have to say we seem so far away from "one world Government". The fault lines and differences around the world are more scary than I can ever recall. If only we were "one world"...

I'm actually very fond of Wikipedia and use it often.

I know it is compiled by amateurs and anyone can actually change the data but it seems to get corrected quickly.

However poor old MWT has problems with it as someone (not me !)keeps adding details of the less that stellar bits of his career which he has to wipe out all the time.

I'm proud to say I created a Wiki page about a beloved friend who was a top TV presenter in his day and was ignored.

But the page says "citations"needed and I have no idea what that means.

I also only learnt of his death a few days after via his Wiki page so others have contributed to it.

All very organic.

Re:Trudeau 2 Weeks, 3 Days ago
I have a connection to Trudeau.

I was working as a waiter at the opening night of a new cabaret restaurant in Camden Lock many moons ago.

One table I looked after had his mother Margaret Trudeau and Freddie Mercury amongst the guests.

I was so nervous I spilled a tray of drinks over the table. They were all very nice about it.

But a few newspapers carried stories of it the next morning most on the front pages as Pierre Trudeau was Premier of Canada at the time.

The nightclub owner was absolutely delighted with the publicity and warmly thanked me and after the club shut down lent it to me rent free for a band to rehearse in..
