Donald Trump has telephoned the very down to earth Anthony Albanese and congratulated him on his stunning election win in Oz.

And he's described him as a good friend.

Trump also says he has no idea who the defeated Opposition leader Peter Dutton is.

This is quite funny. Dutton proudly tweeted a photo of himself with Oz oligarch Gina Rinehart and Trump at Mar A Lago's New Year's Eve party.

Dutton presented very MAGA type policies roundly rejected in the election despite Rinehart just saying Oz should implement MAGA style policies.

She usually rages against the minimum wage as well despite being handing about $30Billion on a plate via her ghastly father.

Albanese warned against US style policies in his winning speech.

Possibly all this is nothing to do with the AUKUS agreement
where Oz is paying 100s of $Billions for US nuclear submarines which won't be delivered for 20 years if ever.

Politics makes strange bedfellows.
