Rachel Zegler is sensational as Evita and the show at the Palladium is well worth catching - the dancing and choreograohy is superb - reminded me of Bob Fosse. And it's odd seeing the huge crowd outside getting the free rendition of Don't Cry.
Why not just stand outside the theatre and watch the main part of the show for free, rather than shelling out £200 or whatever and watch the main part on a video screen.
Huge crowd gathers every day for ten minutes outside in Argyll Street as she does Don't Cry For Me Argentina on the balcony. Just a small part of the show. There is a problem however - the bottoms of the wealthy and elderly patrons (like me) make the tiny seats incredibly uncomfortable, designed for normal people 60 years ago but no longer fit for purpose. Cramped even for tiny backsides (like mine) when each side backsides would feed Ethiopia for a week.

I agree Robbie, do Evita in the open air. If muggings want to see partial of performance let them get on with it. Fools and their money are easily parted.

For £275 can get me a holiday in my beloved Luxembourg for a week, which includes the flight, Robbie.
