I know Ken and like him and think he'd make a better Mayor but I'm not paying

I was really glad to see Ken upsetting the Blair apple cart a few years back.Still we got to move on,and Ken really is getting a little too settled under the mayor's desk.
Be nice to see Boris this time,but Ken can learn,and is nothing if not a great survivor...he'll be back.
We need a poicy that encourages better public transport,but doesn't hit people just for having a car...25 quid a day! Quite ridiculous,and on top of the high fuel/insurance/tax rises is a step too far.
