I have to agree with you that 'Prison Break' is one of the two best shows on TV (the other is 'Boston Legal' with James Spader and William Shatner)- the writing, the direction and the acting are terrific, it's very difficult to find fault.
I think there will be a stay of execution as a result of Judge Kessler seeing that the exhumed body had no operation scars and that the VP's brother had his appendix out when he was young.
