After realising and finally speaking to someone about the fact that I was paying for three seperate Broadband accounts, including one in a property I do not actually live in AOL apologised, gave me a rebate, and said I would not have to pay for three months.
I was delighted of course with the outcome, until, yes you guessed it..they cut my Broadband off last night at 9.30 pm because I had not paid my bill.
After one hour on the blower to them this morning , begging, pleading and screaming they agreed to get me a new Broadband pack , in seven days time:( , and have granted me a dial up connection.Oh deep joy!
