This time it's one lot of Syrians (who our Government decides it likes) as opposed to Libyans or Iraqis - but, much though I hate this expenditure example of politicians falling for good media stories (always support the struggling under dogs) and believe the money could be better spent in a million different ways, what I really hate is the hypocrisy when we demand that this cash "must not be used to breach human rights". It is an essential human right to live.
Bloody politicians. Let's raise a fund to have them all exterminated - without breaching their human rights, of course.
