Anyone else enjoying it as much as I am?
The fight down the stairs at the old peoples' home was fantastic.
And the whole inclusion of Murphy's Alzheimers Mum and on-the-edge Dad is a tremendous extra element of texture.
In fact I care far more about the problems with his parents than the rather dull villains (especially the rent-an-Asian lead baddie; isn't he the lovely Nadia's dad?).
But it's a great script, really well acted and directed.
Well done BBC. Last part tonight.
I agree about this three-parter - I hadn't previously been a fan of the program, however this was well- written and directed. James Nesbitt was terrific and the other casting was good, except for brother Billy who was rather over the top !!
I also thought that the Alzheimer's scenes were rather moving and beautifully done.
