A UK woman flew to the bedside of her dying son - a serving soldier who had been shot in Afghanistan last week.
She is quoted as saying "
He would not have harmed anyone - how could they harm him"
Just, exactly, what did she think he (and his fellow soldiers) were doing in a foreigh country? Handing out ration vouchers?
Did the 200,000 who have died so far in the Bush / Blair "War on Terror" kill themselves?
It's becoming increasingly noticeable just how many soldiers families are "turning" against these wars now the tide has turned and they are suffering huge casualties.
One wonders .... whether they would ever have opened their mouths had their sons NOT been killed - but had gone on killing others (and taking the money).
