I really like Kylie's Dancing 6 Years ago
Sounds like a big hit to me.
If I was running Eurovision, this would have been the UK entry. I had a way of persuading labels....

she's AUSTRALIAN, isn't it bad enough that we have Mo Farah pretending to be british.

Any nationality can represent as singer - it's the writers who are meant to be National (that is often dodged). Remember Aussie Gina G in my second year, or Canadian Katrina when we won?

Yes I know, and Nana Miskouri representing Luxembourg, however kylie has a songwriting credit on it, which breaks the rule. I don't think she would want it, it doesn't offer her much creditability.

By "often dodged" - it's not a hard and fast rule; many countries use Swedish writers and the usual escape clause is if one national has a credit (often one of ten; getting one percent). I think Kylie would have felt it a welcome extension of her fan base (already hugely gay). I'd have persuaded her - but it's too late now.
