In my opinion that title goes to The Dave Clark Five They were massive in the 60's but for some reason their greatness and influence is not acknowledged today. Max Weinberg's drumming on lots of Springsteen uptempo numbers is straight from the DC5 playbook. I found Searchers a bit twee at times. When You Walk In The Room is my favourite 60s song. Sadly Hollies albums are very expensive and some are out of print, the compliations don't do them justice -just like DC5 Enter code here Please note: although no board code and smiley buttons are shown, they are still usable.
