TOPIC: Mark Williams Thomas

Mark Williams Thomas 5 Years, 2 Months ago
Every day further shocking allegations come to light. I suspect he is well aware of this and may soon be booking himself back into that nice Surrey facility for easing his problems. Very clearly his sins are coming back to haunt him. I've always tended to blame Max Clifford for starting the debacle that erupted in my life in 2000 but, more and more, I suspect MWT played a bigger part than discovered at the time. Karma, Mark; Karma.

Oh joy and the tip of the iceberg.
He will try and front this out on his twitter I'm sure telling us how he does his job for the victims but really its his Name, Fame, cash.
Where is Simon these days to back him ?

I did find it a little curious that the Mirror felt the need to quote MWT in their report on the inquest into Max Clifford's death:

www.mirror.co.uk/3am/celebrity-news/max-...zing-prison-13902200

Mark Williams-Thomas, the journalist who helped to expose the sickening crimes of late BBC star Jimmy Savile, tweeted: "Max Clifford takes many secrets to his grave and got away with many offences he was never prosecuted for.

"He brought great suffering to many people."

That last line is almost biblical.

Strange indeed - only a month ago, despite the revelations about him. One would think Lloyd Embley and others would be careful about linking themselves to him, knowing, as they do, the many strands of investigation going on, into his behaviour. I suspect a junior reporter and an inexperienced sub editor let the mention slip through the Reach filter.

Maybe they were putting out feelers for further allegations? MWT does sound rather like a Biblical prophet there.

One does have to wonder what his role was in Clifford's downfall.

(0:25) "...The routine is familar to Jessica. Without her, Clifford might not be in prison. She was the first victim to come forward, approaching me just after the Jimmy Savile scandal broke. It was decades before she felt strong enough to speak out. We have disguised her voice to protect her identity."

Ah MWT's version is far from the truth and I am very aware as I was the person who discovered the link between the first accuser, whose name begins with F not J, and Max. MWT is not good at covering his tracks and previous activities. E-Mails, taped phone calls and letters exist that he wishes had been destroyed. He's better at it now but when he started his business, he was very careless.
