I suspect Robbie it is not that people don't understand the rules, but have had enough of them. They are I imagine not vulnerable individuals, have done the maths and concluded Covid poses next to no real risk to them.

If if it was ebola out there the streets would be empty...!

Yes, if they are under 45 the risk of them been seriously ill or dying are very low, however this is mainly because social distancing has been in place and largely been followed. Also most people don't live in isolation. These people could be living or working with people over 70 or with underlying health conditions. The rates can easily increase and the risk can become much higher, as we have seen in Israel, parts of the US and even Leicester. People may have had enough of not been able to smoke in pubs, but they tend not to start lighting up, because they know there will be consequences. The same should be done with social distancing or else we will be facing more localised lockdowns, and a delay in getting back to normal. The lockdown should teach us to live differently and not go back to the same habit of binge drinking and anti-social behaviour fuelled by alcohol.

So I will have to wear a mask if I am in my local convenience store where on average there are 2-3 other people, but the shop workers don't.

If I cross the green to my local pub where there may be 15-20 people, I don't have to wear a mask.

My children in classes of 15 don't have to wear masks, and neither do their teachers. The infectious little so and sos can then legally return home...

I must wear a mask if sat on a bus (not that I do this sort of thing) with 2 other people sat miles apart.

If I attend a religious service (not that I do this sort of thing) I don't have to wear a mask.

At the office I can interact with 20 odd people with no mask.

I believe I would not be risking a fine if I snogged one of them maskless, but if someone is able to confirm?

Do I have to wear a mask as I follow that white rabbit down the hole...?

My partner has contacted her MP all about this, no doubt her MP is a Boris bootlicker, who follows orders. (Nuremberg trials comes to mind)
