Really STUPID - all those stupid Scottish pupils who probably correctly were revealed as morons get upgraded to superb. Why? Because the media tells government to do it. Of course. Media runs everything. The real story is "how wonderful all students are; better every year". Best grades ever. Clever kids especially deprived ones. Stupid.
