TOPIC: In Bruges
#239369
In Bruges 1 Week, 2 Days ago
Back in 2008 I saw this film and thought it the best of this century. I've seen it three times since then and still regard it as such. Perhaps it tells you more about me than it does about the film but if you haven't watched it, do. And visiting Bruges has been top of my bucket list since.

I have never seen the movie. Why do people want to go Belgium? I did find it hard to connect to people their with language barriers, even ordering food I found tricky, I always ended up getting chips even when I didn't ask for them. However the gothic architecture is beautiful.

I've never seen "In Bruges", and its not available for free streaming at the moment for us freeview only people. Personally I think "American Beauty" is the best of the the century, with Amelie up there too. If I had to choose my top 50 films of all time, I think only about 2 or 3 would be from this century.

Available for rent on Amazon (£3.99) and, in my opinion, the best movie of the past 25 years. But only if you like dark humour.
