Eight false accusers - four ridiculous enough even for desperate cops to drop - four more so ludicrous that even the CPS, which adores Celebrity Convictions, decided not to believe, even after the loonies begged for a further look at their request for cash (which used to be called Blackmail years ago, when morality was simpler).

Now we need to see whether prosecutions will occur of those conspiring to pervert the course of justice and wasting police time (unless of course they were police or assisted by police or even, God forbid, prompted by police trawling).

This stinking mess of the False Allegations Industry must be stopped. And someone, somewhere needs to look at police behaviour and whether or not they have crossed the line.
