Latest developments in my complaint to the PCC about the News of the World |

I wish to make a further and more general complaint against the News of the World.
1. On May 1st 2005 the News of the World published a story and photograph regarding myself titled PERVERT IN THE PARK.
2.The headline and the copy were clearly in breach of the first paragraph of the code which states that "the press must take care not to publish inaccurate, misleading or distorted information, including pictures".
3. There was no proof that I was ogling anyone. Naturally enough, there were young people in the park and could have passed by. I did not even go there of my own volition. The article was wholly misleading, malicious and likely to damage my reputation even further.
