JONATHAN KING STATEMENT 12/7/2005. This morning in Court One at the Courts of Appeal LORD JUSTICE KENNEDY and Mr JUSTICE WALKER rejected JONATHAN KING's request for further consideration of his convictions by the Court of Appeal. King was represented by ORLANDO POWNALL QC. King says
