We've had this for two weeks but were sworn to secrecy (it's implied in a post below if you're good at reading between the lines)...

Sarah Sands is OUT as Editor of the Sunday Telegraph, replaced by Patience Wheatcroft (who had been tipped to be going to take over from Robert Thomson as Editor of The Times).

Sands only managed 8 months at the Sun Tel.

Circulation only went up when free CD's and DVD's were given away (like all the papers... editorial counts for nothing these days).
