Well, I may be exaggerating a bit. For some months I've been getting twinges in my right arm, increasingly uncomfortable over past weeks. My doctor said it was tendonitis and booked me an appointment with a specialist at the Lister Hospital today.

He took an ultra sound, said it wasn't a torn or damaged tendon but BURSITIS, affecting my shoulder and arm, caused by my laptop placed in an uncomfortable position! A quick injection gave me local anaethsetic; a deeper one pumped steroids into the joint (my voice is getting deeper already). He said I should be OK in a few weeks.
