Chicken Kiev with sprouts, tomatoes and mashed potatoes and a large glass of Mosel spritzer.

In stock (boiled for 48 hours); chicken, potatoes, squash, carrots, garlic, cauliflower, mushrooms, onions, sweet potatoes, herbs, spices and pear cider.

Roast Leg of Lamb with gravy, roast potatoes, mint sauce, courgettes in butter and a glass of fine Gewurtztraminer.
