When is it going to be admitted that these resignations are because more and more decent people, delighted to serve in such a noble cause, have discovered that the vast majority of accusers are fantasists, liars or exaggerators? That a desire for compensation cash is paramount in most claims? That this can of worms has revealed the truth when opened and lawyers, politely and nervously, are creeping away from it in the knowledge that it is a ridiculous, ludicrous waste of money, time and delusion? It has been hard to accept this a) because it destroys so many great media stories and b) because the false accusers then hysterically shout paedo defenders. |
