Rob Brydon (a very funny man) opened the Music Week evening with a good gag... "It's so nice to see that all the top executives in the industry and finest executives in the business decided to attend..."
pause "the Brits last month... we've got all the rejects here tonight". Sadly, this was truer than he intended and the reception to the rest of the evening was so noisy and disrespectful that he lost the will to live and went onto autopilot for the remaining hours of the gig. |
