Gerald Seymour - A Deniable Death
Friday, 30 December 2011
The latest Gerry Seymour is perhaps his least accessible and most deep; very slow; very painful but still fascinating and brilliantly observed.

Gerry researches like no other. The detail is phenomenal.

Foxy and Badger stranded in an Iranian marsh - watching, listening, waiting.

He really has become (well actually I think he's always been) a top level, first rank writer. Some of you may remember him as the ITN newsreader. I remember him as my Mum's gardener when he was a student (he came to her funeral).

A great novelist.
