Stephen King - REVIVAL

WOW! I think King is perhaps the greatest writer in the English language - certainly in the Top 5. He's the Dickens of our era.

And this just could be his finest ever novel. Gripping, fascinating, dramatic - yet, as always, capturing the essence of growing up in America, loving Rock music, doing drugs, losing his virginity... it's all in here.

He is such a wonderful writer. Sadly ignored by critics whose opinions are often based on image and who reject populism but adored by millions in which I include myself.

The last part of Revival is very dark and truly shocking. Actually I prefer the earlier chapters. But this is one hell of a novel.
