60 year old tea

This tea has been in my house for almost 60 years. It still tastes fabulous (to go with the original Black Narcissus on TV).

Invented by me to honour Prince; chicken in a blueberry, honey, cream and olive oil sauce with buttered potatoes and mint.

A liver meal

Venison liver (pink) with sprouts, spuds and a fine wine.

A Weds lunch

Roast baby chicken with bacon & tagliatelle plus avocado salad with blue cheese sauce.

A Burger Sandwich

Freshly baked bread; Aberdeen Angus burgers; salad, Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee.

A Ham and Eggs

Friday lunch.

A Dessert

Bread and butter pudding with custard AND cream.
