JK’s published books include BIBLE TWO (from WH Allen/Star paperbacks) which had the plot and characters heavily "borrowed" for the film Mannequin, though Jonathan’s novel is much more intended as a satire and should be filmed as a black and white art movie with cameo performances by established actors of class and quality.

The movie earned millions but JK never got a penny. So similar was it to the novel he wrote that they even kept the same lead character's name (JONATHAN) though they did not include his surname from the book (FARTING). 

His novel THE BOOKER PRIZE WINNER (Blake) sold very well a couple of years ago. He published a short illustrated children’s story called THE POLISH BOY AND THE POPE when the last Pope John Paul was elected and he got a very nice note from the pontiff, thanking him and blessing the book. He has privately printed ANOTHER DREARY SPY STORY, PACKED WITH SEX AND VIOLENCE, SIGNIFYING NOTHING and THE ADVENTURES OF TIM, as well as a limited edition followup to GEORGE ORWELL’s Animal Farm, bringing the story through the collapse of communism. Two unpublished novels are GODS and HELLO? WHO’S THERE.

He has written for various national papers including numerous travel pieces for THE MAIL ON SUNDAY.
He contributed regularly to THE TIP SHEET on the subject of music.
